Citadel is an upcoming spy drama series starring Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra. The series has garnered much attention due to its intriguing premise, mega-budget, and star-studded cast.

Details On The Plot Of Citadel

The trailer for Citadel was released on 6th March and gave fans a glimpse of the series. The trailer showed Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden performing dangerous stunts. The complicated relationship between the two main characters is also hinted at.

While the details of the web series are still under wraps, the makers have already revealed the broad strokes of the plot. Citadel will show how Mason and Nadia rejoin Citadel after their memories have been completely wiped. However, the duo team up to bring down Manticore while struggling with their personal issues and equations. It will be interesting to learn the backstory of the two main characters.

Citadel will hit the theatres on the 28th of April. The first two episodes will be released on the same day, while the others will air weekly. The final episode will air on 26th May. According to reports, the series will consist of six episodes.

Game of Thrones star Richard Madden and Quantico star Priyanka Chopra Jonas play the lead roles of special agents Mason Kane and Nadia Singh. Five-time Emmy winner Stanley Tucci will also be part of the cast in the role of Citadel employee Bernard Orlick. Also starring are Lesley Manville (Phantom Thread) as Dahlia Archer, Osy Ikhile (The Legend of Tarzan) as Carter Spence, Ashleigh Cummings (The Goldfinch) as Abby Conroy, Roland Møller (Atomic Blonde) as Anders Silje and Caoilinn Springall (The Midnight Sky) as Hendrix Conroy.
